For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing the 38jl Platform in any capacity — including browsing the site without a registered account, registering a new account, logging into an existing account, or placing any wager — you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms; and
• You are using the 38jl Platform for your personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party without explicit authorization from 38jl.

These Terms are effective as of the date indicated in the header of this document and supersede all prior versions. If we materially amend these Terms, we will notify registered Players by a method reasonably calculated to provide notice, such as a notification upon login. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on 38jl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. You may be required to provide government-issued identification documents verifying your date of birth as part of the KYC process.
• Legal Capacity: You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: Online gaming is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing.
• Not Self-Excluded: You have not voluntarily self-excluded from the 38jl Platform or been excluded by 38jl pursuant to a responsible gaming request. Players under active self-exclusion must not attempt to register a new account or access the Platform.
• Single Account: You do not currently hold another active Account on the 38jl Platform.
• Not a Sanctioned Person: You are not subject to any international or domestic financial sanctions that would prohibit you from conducting financial transactions with 38jl.

38jl reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, or providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC, will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any balance held in the Account.

To access the real-money gaming services offered by 38jl, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Single Account Rule: You may hold only one (1) active Account on the 38jl Platform at any time. If 38jl identifies that a Player holds more than one Account, all duplicate Accounts will be suspended. Any Real Money Funds in the duplicate Account(s) may be returned minus any applicable bonus amounts; Bonus Funds in any duplicate Account will be forfeited without compensation.
• Account for Personal Use Only: You must not open an Account on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
• KYC Verification: 38jl reserves the right to require identity verification at any time, including but not limited to: prior to processing a first withdrawal, when a Player's account activity triggers a compliance review, or as part of routine anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Accepted KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, UMID card, or driver's license) and a recent proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and delayed withdrawals.
• Contact Information Updates: You are responsible for keeping your registered contact information current. 38jl will not be liable for failed communications or delayed account recovery arising from outdated registration details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 38jl login credentials, including your username and password. 38jl recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password for your 38jl Account that is not shared with any other online service, including your GCash or Maya account;
• Do not disclose your login credentials to any third party for any reason, including to individuals claiming to represent 38jl customer support — 38jl will never ask for your password;
• Log out of your Account when using a shared or public device;
• Contact 38jl support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you, unless and until you notify 38jl of unauthorized access and 38jl suspends the Account. 38jl will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

The following terms govern all financial transactions conducted through the 38jl Platform:

• Supported Methods: 38jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank (via InstaPay/PesoNet), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods may be updated from time to time at 38jl's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos) unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposit Currency: All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing.
• Withdrawal Requirements: To withdraw funds, your Account must have passed KYC verification. 38jl reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or withdrawals that trigger AML review thresholds. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used for deposits on the same Account or to accounts verified as belonging to the Player.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: 38jl targets the following processing times: GCash and Maya — within 30 minutes of approval; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) — within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. These are target timeframes and not guarantees. 38jl will not be liable for delays caused by payment processors, network congestion, or circumstances beyond 38jl's reasonable control.
• No Withdrawal Fees: 38jl does not charge a fee on withdrawals from your 38jl Wallet. Third-party payment processors may apply their own fees at their discretion.
• Source of Funds: By depositing on 38jl, you confirm that the funds deposited are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner or authorized user of the payment method used. 38jl may request source-of-funds documentation in connection with AML compliance obligations.
• Dormant Accounts: If your Account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of twelve (12) or more consecutive months, it may be classified as dormant. 38jl reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, or to close them after providing reasonable notice. Real Money Funds in a dormant account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method.

38jl offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published on the 38jl Bonus page at the time of the offer:

• Eligibility: Only Players who meet the specific eligibility criteria for a promotion at the time it is claimed are entitled to that promotion. 38jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus Per Household: Where a promotion specifies "one per account," this also means one per household, shared device, and shared IP address. Players who circumvent this restriction by creating multiple accounts forfeit all associated bonuses.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the total bet amount that must be completed before Bonus Funds or related winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. For example, certain table games or live casino bets may contribute less than slots. Applicable contribution rates are published with each promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the period specified in the promotional terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Player's Wallet without compensation.
• Abuse and Fraud Prevention: 38jl actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without real financial exposure, coordinated multi-account bonus claims, and exploitation of errors in promotional configuration. Upon detection of suspected abuse, 38jl reserves the right to cancel Bonus Funds, void winnings derived from Bonus Funds, and suspend the implicated Account(s) pending investigation.
• Modification and Withdrawal of Offers: 38jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already claimed and actively in progress will be honoured under their original terms.

All games offered on the 38jl Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gaming rules apply across all 38jl games:

• Random Outcomes: All 38jl games that are not live dealer games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested to ensure randomness and fairness. Live dealer games use physical game equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated by trained professional dealers in a live studio environment.
• Bet Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on 38jl's servers, the server record shall prevail.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, crash, or interruption that prevents a round from completing normally, 38jl will void the affected round and return the wager amount to the Player's Wallet. 38jl will not be liable for any losses attributed to technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game specifies its own minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may vary by game category, table, and Player account tier. 38jl reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Incomplete Rounds: Players should not close their browser or disconnect from the internet during an active game round. If disconnection occurs during a round, the Platform will attempt to complete the round according to the applicable game rules. The result will be recorded on the 38jl server regardless of the Player's connectivity status.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 38jl Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one Account, or operating an Account on behalf of any third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 38jl;
• Using the Platform in connection with any criminal or fraudulent activity, including money laundering or financing of terrorism;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that creates an unfair advantage, disrupts normal platform operations, or circumvents security measures;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and subject to forfeiture;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to defraud 38jl or other users, including in poker or other competitive game formats;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or 38jl personnel through any available communication channel on the Platform;
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, infrastructure, or security systems;
• Circumventing responsible gaming restrictions, including attempting to register a new account while under a self-exclusion or Account suspension.

38jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing Filipino players with the tools and information they need to maintain healthy gaming habits. All Players are strongly encouraged to familiarise themselves with the 38jl Responsible Gaming page before commencing play.

The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders that notify them how long they have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days, during which they will not be able to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gaming has become harmful may request a formal self-exclusion. Self-exclusion suspends all access to the Account for a minimum period chosen by the Player. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed early under any circumstances. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to register a new Account.
• Reality Checks: Optional in-session notifications reminding Players of the duration of the current session and their net gaming activity.

All content on the 38jl Platform, including but not limited to: the 38jl brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, text content, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, and compiled game libraries, is the exclusive property of 38jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 38jl Platform for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the 38jl Platform without prior written consent;
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Platform's content or software;
• Use the 38jl brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written permission from 38jl;
• Frame or mirror the 38jl Platform on any third-party website.

Any unauthorised use of 38jl's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by 38jl and its licensors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 38jl's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms and the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in that Player's Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

38jl expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings;
• Losses arising from a Player's own decision to gamble, including losses from unfavourable game outcomes that are consistent with the published RTP of the relevant game;
• Delays or failures in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or any other payment network;
• Technical interruptions, downtime, or errors attributable to internet service providers, mobile networks (including Globe, Smart, and DITO), or other infrastructure outside 38jl's control;
• Any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 38jl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

38jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Discovery that the Player provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested;
• Account inactivity for an extended period (see Section 6 — Dormant Accounts);
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• Technical reasons, including security threats or system integrity concerns.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 38jl live chat support. Upon voluntary Account closure, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to any pending investigation or obligation. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure unless they have been fully converted to withdrawable funds through completed wagering requirements.

38jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 38jl Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 38jl collects personal data including but not limited to: registration information, contact details, KYC documentation, payment information, gaming activity records, and device and session data. This data is used for account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement. 38jl does not sell your personal data to third parties.

Players may exercise their rights regarding personal data by submitting a written request to 38jl. Full details of data rights and how to exercise them are set out in the Privacy Policy.

38jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations as a Player — 38jl will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of the change, such as a notification displayed upon your next login to the Platform.

The version number and effective date at the top of this document indicate the most current version. Your continued use of the 38jl Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction under which 38jl is licensed and operates. The 38jl Platform is intended for use by Players in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful.

In the event of a dispute between you and 38jl arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, 38jl encourages Players to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 38jl customer support. The majority of concerns raised by Filipino players — including those from Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, and elsewhere in the Philippines — are resolved at this stage.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be escalated through any formal dispute resolution mechanism available under applicable gaming regulations. 38jl will cooperate fully with any regulatory inquiry or formal complaint process.
